Mary Power is artistic director, choreographer and producer for MPOWERDANCE PROJECT, a San Francisco based performance dance art group since 1992.
She has an extensive background teaching mind-body arts including pilates, gyrotonic, TRX, contemporary dance, martial arts practice, dance art performance and dance production, based in San Francisco, California.
